Entertainment Team Leaders
We are constantly on the lookout for personality led Team Leaders.
Based in one of our overseas resorts, you will be required to lead our entertainment team to deliver a full programme of day and evening activities, character and production shows. Our Team Leaders could be either performing in the production shows or presenting one of the evening game shows.
The team leader positions are seasonal contracts and range from 6-9 months, dependent on your role, you will be required to attend our training and rehearsals, which ranges from 2 to 10 weeks, dependent on the role that suits you. During this time, you will be trained in all aspects of the team leader role including bespoke team leader training.
Being one of the most prolific roles on the resort, we look for individuals that go the extra mile, have an outstanding personality and feel comfortable conversing with children and adults alike. You will responsible for the rota’s, running orders and content of the entertainment programme as well as reporting back weekly to your dedicated account manager giving customer, entertainment programme and team feedback.
