Learning and Development Executive Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating compulsory training across the venuesPlanning and preparing in-house training and development programmesWorking with the our senior team to develop annual Training Needs AnalysisAssisting and coaching senior management in supporting employees with performance management objectivesMonitoring the impact and effectiveness of training through the evaluation and feedback from course participantsProducing a biannual training calendar monthly E-learning and activity reportsUse data effectively to understand the company’s skills gaps and recommend the best learning method/ approach to fill theseRecruit and Support our placement students to be successful in their placement year.Build a robust graduate programme and use social media to promoteTo view our job application privacy notice, please visit our website.
