This is an excellent position for someone passionate about customer service and who is keen to join a team of brand ambassadors and who likes to raise the bar around them. This role is key in ensuring the day to day operations are kept to company standards and to ensure our clients get the best service possible.

Operations Manager Responsibilities

Managing the events operations and conference services team in all aspects of the operation of each departmentManaging and driving forward the yearly, monthly and unplanned maintenance requirements throughout the venue through the central team, conference services team and external contractorsConstantly monitoring and reviewing front of house operations systems, implementing improvements as appropriateReviewing as and when required all relevant risk assessments including fire, HACCP and COSHHEnsuring that all team members with the front of house team adhere to the company’s health and safety policyPossessing a clear understanding of the company business plan and be responsible for ensuring that all targets relating to FOH are keep in line with the overall objectivesEnsuring that all tracking and stock control systems are in place with effective stock rotation and monthly countsControlling purchases order systems with operationsTo view our job application privacy notice, please visit our website.
