Job Details
This is more than a fitness role. Here, you'll be part of a team that has a special focus on health and wellbeing.
And, unlike any other Personal Trainer (PT) role, this one guarantees a minimum of 8 hours personal training. So, on top of your base salary, you'll have the ability to earn generous amounts of additional OTE.
You'll also be one of our permanent employees - which means you'll have paid holiday too, while our flexible shift options enable you to make your work fit around family or other commitments.
With 111 gyms nationwide, and a number of corporate gym contracts around the country, there are plenty of places you could grow your Nuffield Health career. Your development journey starts with four months' training with our Fitness Academy, to give you the skills you need to lead group exercise, gym floor interaction and other PT activity, such as our unique Health MOTs.
To join us, you'll need to be REPs level 3. And, as you grow your skills and experience, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a Senior PT role, and Lead PT role in the future. At Nuffield Health, we have a strong track record of developing our PTs to become our next managers.
We work closely with CIMSPA, and will support you with a combination of in-house training and paid-for training, as well as pay your subscriptions to relevant professional organisations. You'll also work with the latest equipment as we continue to refit all of our gyms across the country.
At Nuffield Health, everyone is committed to a joined-up, holistic approach - one that benefits our patients and members. So whenever you find that your clients need further specialist advice or treatment, you'll be able to refer them to our range of onsite experts - from a nutritional therapist, to a physiotherapist, or physiologist. Our focus on overall health means you'll be able to share your knowledge with, and learn from, this network of colleagues too.
Nuffield Health is committed to equal opportunities in the recruitment, training, and development of our employees. We have a duty to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for disclosure on successful candidates.
