We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to join the crew at the Chichester Harbour Hotel and Spa.

Chichester Harbour Hotel is a relaxed city retreat in the heart of Chichester set in a Grade II listed Georgian property with 36 bedrooms. The hotel boasts and award-winning Jetty Restaurant and Bar offering a fantastic dining experience complemented by our recent HarSpa.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, engaging and truly professional Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to join the Jetty restaurant team. As Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager you will have a minimum of 2 years’ restaurant experience at supervisory and above, together with excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to help train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
