Team Leader - Littlehampton

At Out of Bounds Leisure Complex our Team Leaders ideally must have experience working within a busy leisure environment, have experience as a Team Leader with step-up Duty Manager experience too.

We provide our customers with Climbing, Bowling, Laser Tag, Adventure Golf, Foot golf, Soft Play, birthday parties and special events and Team Leaders will learn all areas and have excellent skills in multi-tasking, reception work and working within a fast-paced, quick thinking and active environment.

As a Team Leader you will provide step up Duty Management coverage across all areas of the complex whilst on shift, jumping in wherever needed whilst ensuring customers are happy and team members are clearly communicated with in all departments. This role will really give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and work in all areas with the potential to progress to Management level.

Excellent communication skills are essential as we are passionate about delivering the best customer service at all times.

We are looking for a Team Leader who ideally has the following:

• First Aid at Work Certificate
• Minimum of 2 years Team Leader Experience
• Understanding of relevant Health and Safety legislation
• Excellent reception, till and verbal communication skills
• Good numerical and written skills

Contract 30+ hours per week - Flexibility to work any weekdays, weekends and evenings is essential due to the nature of the leisure industry.

Salary dependant upon experience.
