Job Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Services Manager to join the team in our Newcastle Store  

In this role, you will use your understanding of our customers’ needs to lead and direct our service teams. A friendly and helpful approach is essential, which you will ensure is delivered at all customer engagement points. You and your team will strive to create the best shopping experience possible, helping achieve the all important store targets. 

From our fitting rooms to our click and collect desks, customer service is essential. You will deploy staff accordingly to ensure service remains a continued focus and customers are aware of our products and services. You will promote customer loyalty and monitor feedback to ensure opportunities to improve are addressed and drive sales performance.

With responsibility for a staffing and resource budget, you be expected to optimise value and costs where ever possible. You will build and manage a strong team to drive service standards and key targets, maximising their individual potential and progression.

Candidate Requirements:

This role will suit individuals who are well accustomed to working collaboratively and have the commercial acumen to drive sales and profit. It requires someone with strong leadership qualities, experienced in leading customer engagement and who has a passion for developing people.

Desirable experience

Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience of leading a team in a customer facing retail role.
