Overview of the role:

As Head Therapist & Trainer you working across two of the company's sites to support induction & recruitment of new team members & ongoing develop/support of existing team members in retail & therapy trainings. You will proactively assist on admin duties surrounding professional product orders. You will lead maintaining the room standards of the spa, with room check completion on every shift.

You will also run all new starter trainings within the team, training new starters through the therapist levels. You will also be on the working rota as a working therapist when not training, completing treatments to the highest standard, developing your own personal client base.

You will be asked to do majority of VIP or special request clients. Your working treatment time will usually consist of around 20-30 hours per week, with some weeks requiring more or less dependent on business needs so flexibility & passion for treating clients will be key to this role.

Qualifications and Experienced Required:

* Head Therapist, Trainer or previous leadership role: 2 years
* Essential skills & career history
* Minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Face & Body)
* Genuine & deep interest in Holistic therapies including Hot stones, Chakra's and Crystals
* Understanding of the wellness industry
* Basic IT Skills ( Excel & Word )
* Be confident in training and communicating to teams who are multi -lingual/cultural
* Ability to think outside the box and deal with unexpected situations
* Works well under pressure and to deadlines
* Excellent presentation and communications skills
* Outstanding attention to detail & standards
* Good planning & organisation skills
* Passionate about sharing knowledge
* Ability to connect to fellow team members to develop strong working relationships
* Self-motivated, ambitious and ready to join fast growing business
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* This role may involve periods of travel within the UK & internationally
