Description
* We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team here at The Dorchester & 45 Park Lane
* The main purpose of the role is to support the whole HR function, from recruitment, learning & development and general HR.
* The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills as this role involves many key tasks such as: handling all calls coming into the office, processing orders, filing and other administrative tasks
Profile
* Relevant educational experience such as CIPD or undergraduate degree beneficial but not essential
* Previous experience in a similar hotel environment would be preferential
* Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
* Excellent at Interpersonal relationships: this is an important requirement as this role will interact with multiple stakeholders within the business
* Positive, can-do attitude
