Fitness Manager 

1. Your role is to assist the Leisure Club Manager in delivering the highest possible operational standards whilst supporting the development of the Leisure Club Team. You will be responsible for creating +C a modern vibrant and social culture of Personal Training and Group Fitness experience that will flourish and attract a wide audience of Gym member You are a lively and a well organised individual focused on coordinating the day to day running over 80+ group fitness classes per week ensuring total commitment to Leisure Club Members and guests, providing a quality product to all users. You achieve this by continuous assessment, review and coaching of all our instructors, internal or freelance. You build a team of loyal and professional personal trainers who take our fitness offering to the next level with your guidance and vision to deliver an elite and social culture of Personal Training With a great interest in the latest leisure industry trends you are able to build up a group fitness and personal training programme to suit all our members/guests needs and requirements. Deliver a high standard of service and customer satisfaction in line with company procedures and unit profitability targets. You achieve this by being a key link in the chain that joins up great staff with memorable customer service. You will have a passion for helping others perform to their maximum potential.

Requirements:

1. Level 3 Personal Training qualification Group Exercise Qualifications First Aid Qualification (an advantage) Pool Plant Qualification (an advantage)
