Venue Manager (Centre/Club Manager) - Yarborough Leisure Centre

Salary up to £30,000

Active Nation are on the hunt for a new Venue Manager (Centre/Club Manager) to join our team at Yarborough Leisure Centre in Lincoln.

We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who can enthuse and engage with our supporters (customers) creating a positive experience of our venue. If you are confident, self motivated, enjoy managing a BRILLiANT team of campaigners (staff) and are a great conversationalist then we’d love to hear from you!

You will report to the Business (Contract) Manager and be responsible for:

• Increasing participation and membership subscriptions
• Financial Performance of the venue
• Managing and motivating your team leaders
• Communications
• Operational Performance
• People Management & People Development
• Health & Safety

We need you to be actively leading when we’re at our busiest, so you’ll need to work flexibly and across all opening hours. Yarborough Leisure Centre is Lincoln’s largest leisure venue and includes pools, gyms, studios, synthetic track and pitch.
