Their Therapists carry out unique facial techniques along and offer cutting edge products to enhance the performance of the treatment and aftercare maintenance.

Overview of Role:

*As Front of House Host you would manage the reception area and greet clients,
*Manage the diary management system ensuring a smooth booking process for all clients.
*Support Therapists and other staff members
*Create an excellent and unforgettable Face to Face experience for clients.
*Drive sales and service and recommend and upsell all services.
*Manage client personal data adhering to company policy.
*Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients and follow up service.
*Meet and/or exceed service and retail objectives

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

*Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
*Previous experience in Hospitality would be beneficial or face to face role
*Passion for delivering five-star service
*Passion for retail and commercial awareness
*Ability to interpret business data, create and achieve targets
*Enjoys exploring opportunities and using own initiative
*A team player with inspirational social skills
*Keen eye for detail ensuring that the guests receive an unforgettable experience.
*Act as an ambassador for the company at all times

Exceptional Package on Offer:

Basic Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 | Outstanding OTE earnings
*Commission on Retail
*Pension Scheme
*Gift Vouchers, incentives and rewards
*Rolling Rota, confirmed in advanced
