Our Central Support Office based in Gosforth and is the bustling hub of Parkdean Resorts. This exciting place to work houses all the essential supporting functions for our 71 holiday parks along with our award winning Contact Centre.

This modern office has a great feel, a mix of energetic knowledgeable professionals all working as one unified team to achieve Parkdean Resorts objectives. Based near the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, it has great transport links.

Customer Support Advisor

At Parkdean Resorts not only are we the UK's largest holiday park operator but our Contact Centre has won awards for the service we deliver!

We're looking for individuals who share our passion for Creating Amazing Memories for our customers to join our award winning Contact Centre in Gosforth.

In 2018 we have developed a brand new team in our Contact Centre - Owner support. The team are dedicated to our Owners and first line support. From payments on accounts, outbound debt support and un-insurance support, loyalty reward support to supporting Owners online.

Not only that we have a significant Owner Easylet scheme - our Owners contact us to book off their own accommodation or check how their bookings with other customers are doing. This team work really closely with our Finance Shared Services teams and General Managers across the parks, bringing together best practice and making sure the Owners are priority. Getting things right first time is a huge focus.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Working within a Contact Centre inbound and outbound environment as part of a focused and dedicated support team.

* Responding to emails in a timely manner and follow templates as appropriate.

* Supporting our parks over the telephone and dealing with enquiries appropriately, ensuring information is always up to date.

* Liaising with Customer Services to resolve and highlight any Owner issues as appropriate.

* Developing and maintaining good working relations with the on park dedicated Easylet teams.

* Taking a responsible approach to the Parkdean Resorts owned leads within the system and ensuring confidentiality and consideration for the data protection act is always considered.

* Making educational visits to the parks as and when required.

The successful candidate will have:

We are looking for individuals who have the ability to work our 5 week rotational shift pattern between Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm (must be available to work every other weekend).
