Bar Manager - Wesham

About The Role

We are looking for a hardworking, professional Bar Manager to manage and lead the bar and food service for Bradley’s sports bar at Mill Farm Sports Village (Wesham, Lancashire). Mill Farm is home to AFC fylde and has has five other food and beverage outlets.

Reporting to the General Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and consistency of bar and food service, staff training and customer experience. You will be expected to lead, motivate and supervise the bar team and be an excellent host yourself.

Whether it’s ensuring our lines are clean or customer complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner, you will be passionate about right first-time resolution.

You must be energetic and enthusiastic with a real passion and flexibility to set the standards we expect.

About You

You should be experienced in a similar type of role, as a team leader, hardworking and enthusiastic with a real passion for food and beverage.

We’re ideally looking for people with premium brand experience. You should already have operated at a similar level and have impeccable presentation standards.
