In this key role within the senior management team, you'll take responsibility for shaping and enhancing the customer journey. At Nuffield Health, a role like this is about much more than achieving commercial success. From booking, to outreach services and GP liaison, you'll ensure the patient experience is excellent at every step. It's all about bringing the best of Nuffield Health to the local community.
You'll take operational responsibility for revenue and activity KPIs alongside our customer facing teams. Reenergising processes, ways of working and capabilities, you'll ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do. Along the way, you'll work closely with everyone from consultants, to primary care contacts, consumers and local businesses, to maximise sales and growth opportunities.
An established sales and customer service specialist, you're already operating at management level in a busy environment. You will have demonstrable experience in the service sector, ideally within the health and wellbeing industry, hospitality or similar. The sales and marking plans you've shaped have delivered real results, and you've introduced improvements that have driven sales by enhancing customer experiences. Your ability to quickly understand situations, embrace and lead change is what defines you, together with your flair for managing people, networking and forging strong stakeholder relationships. You are as confident building business plans and customer strategies as you are executing sales.
