Head of Reception - Milton Keynes
As Head of Reception at Milton Keynes your main responsibility is to ensure that guests are welcomed on site and receive the best possible greeting upon entering the venue. You will take responsibility for creating and managing the staff rota, ensuring resources are deployed for maximum efficiency particularly during our busiest times.
You will also manage our retail operation, monitoring stock and ensuring team members are fully conversant with all products and pricing.
You will be a highly motivated individual who demonstrates strong inter-personal skills with a diligent working style and the ability to multi-task and be a proactive member of the management team.
