Hotel Night Reception Team – Belfast
You will be required to carry out reception duties, including checking guests in and out, while dealing with any queries during the night

The George Best Hotel is looking to bring a sprinkle of Signature Living style to the Northern Irish capital.

The Role:
- You will be required to carry out reception duties, including checking guests in and out, while dealing with any queries during the night.
- Emphasis will be placed on Security of the hotel at night to maintain our guests’ safety.
- You will ensure all night auditing and reporting procedures are carried out, with all discrepancies being reported back to the Night Supervisor and Manager.
What is Expected:
- Ensure you uphold and embody all standards and expectations set by the Front of House Manager during the evening and night shifts.
- Handle positive and negative guest feedback when presented and track efficiently.
- Undertake the responsible for cleanliness and presentation of the hotel & Front of House areas.
- Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel and whenever appropriate, offer this information to the guest.
- Be aware of responsibility for the security of guest and hotel property.
Role Requirement:
- The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly to ensure a perfect guest experience.
- Proven excellence in customer service.
- Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision-making skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and independence while also taking direction from both the Front of House and Night Managers.
- Proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
