Cook - Lyons Woodlands Hall Hotel

The Lyons Woodlands Hall Hotel in Ruthin is a beautiful historic building located in the stunning Llanfwrog mountains.   We have a vacancy for an experienced cook to prepare wholesome meals for our valued patrons.  This is a part-time role working 5 days out of 7 each week with the hours being from 4pm into the evening. It is essential that you are able to work over the weekend in this role.

Essential Criteria

Our ideal candidate will enjoy cooking and possess the following skills and experience: -

• Experience of preparing dishes professionally to a high standard
• Meticulous about cleanliness with a methodical approach to kitchen cleaning routines
• Excellent food preparation standards
• Good knowledge of Food Health, Safety and Hygiene

Due to our hotel being situated in such a remote location, having your own transport is essential for this role.
