The Holiday Inn London - Kensington is located just off Kensington High Street. It’s a 706 bedroom 4 star hotel with 13 meeting rooms and extensive spa facilities, and we are looking for a Night Receptionist to join our busy and professional team. We need someone, who is charismatic, professional and well groomed.

We are looking for a Night Receptionist for our Front of House Team in our property in the heart of Kensington on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
The Kensington Close is a busy four star hotel - we offer great opportunities for your development and a great working environment!
As Receptionist you will be responsible for providing the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the hotel in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out of the Hotel through the Hotel’s Front Office system
- Follow the shift and security procedures determined by the Front Office Manager
- Take reservations as required
- Maintain all necessary records and documents legibly and neatly
- Prepare accurate and timely reports as required
- Ensure personal presentation and quality of work is of the highest standards at all times to project a professional image to clients
- Ensure product knowledge on Hotel products and services is up-to-date at all times
- Maintain at all times a good liaison and working relationship with colleagues and clients
- Provide support and coaching to new team members within the Front Office team
- Attend training sessions in order to maintain and improve professional capabilities
