We're looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team in Honiton.

Our Assistant Kitchen Managers (AKM) you will need to demonstrate these values daily, by being flexible & working where the café needs you most, in order to deliver the best experience for our customers, as well as great day at work for your team.
As Assistant Kitchen Manager you are second in command in the management of a kitchen of a successful & growing business that delivers fantastic food, an amazing customer experience, brings the numbers in & is always safe, secure & legal. Supporting your Kitchen Manager (KM) & fellow managers you’ll do this by engaging, developing & empowering your team to ensure that BTP brand standards & high product quality are met & delivered every time. You’ll be a critical part of the BTP management team & will always be looking for ways to make things better & integrate your café further into the community it serves
