As a Restaurant Manager at the Bankend Bar & Brasserie you will be encouraged to use your leadership skills and your knowledge of restaurants and bars to create memorable guest experiences both personally and through your team. You will use your management expertise to run your restaurant operation efficiently, ensuring that the brand standard and procedures are implemented, complied with and are consistently maintained.

Your duties as Restaurant Manager will also include:

• Recruiting the best people with the right attitude and behaviours to deliver the service ethos to our guests
• Train and coach your team to be exceptional in delivering the service experience enabling your restaurant to achieve outstanding guest feedback and regular repeat business
• That a sales culture is implemented and maintained in your restaurant that promotes Bankend Bar & Brasserie as the place to eat in your local area
