Receptionist- Newbury

bstFitness in Newbury are looking to appoint a part-time Receptionist to join our team at our Fitness Club in Parkway, Newbury. We are seeking a flexible, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can offer excellent customer service.

You will have a can-do attitude and good people skills, enabling you to look after our customers.  Experience of dealing with the public is essential and you must be self-motivated, experience of dealing with customers face to face is an advantage. Full training will be provided on our IT systems.

We are looking for someone to work 8 hours per week, working on a Saturday and there may also be the opportunity to cover for sickness and holiday.

• Greet and welcome customers and provide relevant information
• Book activities and take payments
• Have a friendly, helpful attitude
• Follow procedures and work as part of a team
• Present well, personally and professionally
• Show attention to detail
• Possess a good working IT knowledge
• Attend training days when necessary
