Chef de Partie

The Chef De Partie role:

The Chef De Partie will work with the Head Chef you will prepare and produce food to 2/3 rosette standard. Leading your team to ensure the production and execution of dishes is of the highest standard. As Chef de Partie, stock control, daily prep lists and food safety will be an essential part of your duties.

The Chef De Partie will:

• Possess a 'can do' attitude and excellent attention to detail
• Have a good command of both verbal and written English
• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, working in varied sections in a hotel or volume restaurant environment
• Have a desire to develop themselves and show passion and creativity in their work
• Love what they do and be keen and eager to learn and pass on their knowledge to trainee chefs
• Enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to work under pressure, especially with multiple functions happening simultaneously.

NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent desirable, as well as a valid basic food hygiene certificate.
