We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated receptionist with a passion for fitness and excellent customer service to join our Kensington team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting new fitness studios in London, which will open its doors to the public in early November.

You’ll be responsible for processing memberships, giving tours to potential members, greeting our current members, completing general administrative tasks, and upholding excellent customer service at all times. In addition, you’ll also be responsible for assisting the general manager and carrying out a number of managerial duties, so experience within the fitness industry is essential.

A bit about the Studio: Occupying three floors and located on Kensington High Street,  Body Machine Performance Studio™ (BMPS™) offers SpinAddikts™ indoor cycling, TRX classes and one-to-one personal training. BMPS is the first authentic licensed TRX Training Facility in Europe and the second one in the world. The studio will also have its own gluten free café, selling a variety of locally sourced  gluten free snacks, pre/post workout smoothies, and artisan coffee.

Experience in a similar role within the fitness industry is essential.

Full time and Part time positions available.

Salary: Competitive hourly wage
