Who are we looking for?

 

We are looking for an energetic and vibrant Bar Team Leader who has a passion for all things Cocktails.

The best candidates will have a natural gift for hospitality and be genuinely excited by the idea of a fast paced expanding business.

 

In our bar it’s happy hour all the time - and our Bar Team Leader is integral to making sure that's the case, leading and mentoring our team to deliver superb customer service.

 

We have a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about guest experience to join our busy team.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the bar team, including preparing rotas, training staff and inductions
• Maintaining and supervising liquor service activities, including stock control
• Controlling cash and ensuring that a high level of security is maintained.

 

Wine knowledge is advantageous, passion for food a must and a genuine desire for providing excellent service to our guests is vital. If you are a social person who is comfortable starting a conversation with anyone, have a flair for hospitality and like seeing happy customers, this could be the job for you.
