The Senior Spa Therapist role:

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Therapist. You should be an experienced Spa/Salon Therapist with an excellent therapy track record who can assist in the managing of all aspects of the Spa at the Golf Club. You will thrive in creating a haven for the members and a fun place to work for our team. You will report directly to the Senior Spa Manager and Head Therapist.

You will assist in the development of a capable and confident winning team who actively promote the spa facilities, treatments, retail products, events and initiatives to achieve success though the consistency of exceptional service.

Duties of the Senior Spa Therapist

• Greeting & welcoming guests at the Spa
• Responsible for selling Spa products to targets set
• Involved in stock taking and merchandising
• Reception Management
• Promote Spa in positive behaviour displayed and treatment quality
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the spa area

The Ideal Spa Therapist will need:

The successful candidate will have an HND in Beauty therapy, experience in all aspects of massage and beauty therapy with a strong background in training and developing others. You will have experience in delivering the highest level of customer care with excellent problem solving and client relation skills. You will enjoy the pressures of product sales and working towards targets with a desire for continual improvement.

We are looking for someone who is looking to progress their career and longevity within the Spa industry and through a structured development programme is keen take on additional responsibility and accountability of achieving budgets, targets, and generating revenue.
