This role is for the position of Retail Marketing Coordinator working across the Flannels and USC fascias.

Flannels is a luxury fashion destination for men and women, home to an edit of over 200 designer brands from established international designers to contemporary casual labels.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a challenging role within an exciting and growing retail business. We are looking for an individual with the ability to co-ordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns throughout the retail business, managing POS and marketing communications from conception through to implementation to a portfolio of over 100 stores. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working within a retail marketing environment and will have a good knowledge and understanding of retail marketing.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Assisting the wider retail marketing team on a daily basis with organisational support of key marketing objectives
  • Maintaining marketing administration for the department
  • Implementing retail marketing campaigns, including window schemes and in store POS
  • Windows – working with the content creation and design teams to agree concepts, coordinate implementation to the retail estate including allocations, arranging print and delivery and in store implementation
  • POS - managing the daily POS ordering system and organising the seasonal POS refresh
  • Coordinating the retail marketing for any seasonal promotions, including the bi-annual sale and Black Friday promotions, to ensure stores have the relevant POS to launch promotions smoothly, on time and in line with the wider business
  • Managing the seasonal digital screen updates
  • Maintaining and updating the in store music system
  • Liaising with the Retail Comms team to communicate relevant marketing information and give marketing support at retail level
  • Compiling, reviewing and actioning store marketing requests
  • Working with the external PR agency to put together product requests and call ins
  • Admin support for new store openings, including in store POS and window allocations, for both UK and European stores
  • Ad hoc tasks including maintaining the PO system and raising invoices, updating the marketing calendar, supporting on in store events, maintaining gift card quantities, compiling presentations etc

Essential skills:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a Retail Marketing Coordinator role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Reliable, supportive and positive with a committed and hardworking attitude
