Spa Night Porter - The Lodore Falls Spa

The Role:

As Spa Night Porter you will provide smooth night-time operations within our Spa, to ensure the possible levels of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in line with company standards and oversee the security and safety of the building

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To give ultimate customer service to all Spa clients
• To be responsible for the security and safety of the building
• Prepare the building for the following day, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the building
• To comply with company health and safety policy and procedures ensuring a safe working environment.
• To be fully aware of bedroom areas and rooms and too be on hand at anytime to help guests with problems
• Ensuring all amenities are fully stocked and ready for the next day
• Have an eye for detail and presentation skills
• Ensure all guests requests are fulfilled in a timely manner

The Lodore Falls Hotel boasts a 2 AA rosette fine dining Lake View Restaurant; which in-keeping of its four-star status provides the ideal setting for weddings and fine dining. The hotel was graced last year with an extensive ground floor refurbishment, which included the opening of new function room and conservatory. In May we opened a second restaurant with a Pan Asian theme and four Suites, Mizu Pan Asian restaurant offers high quality, fresh food with an Asian influence on British dishes. In October 2018 we will launch our new Spa and 14 more Suites. This is an exciting time to be joining our team
