You will be responsable for,

Communicating honestly with team members, supervisors, managers and colleagues in other departments and always acting in a manner which endears trust

Attending and participating in all monthly department meetings and daily/weekly training sessions

Being a role model for all “new team members”

Attending your scheduled shift on time, ready to start work and working to set productivity standards, treating stock items, hotel property, your uniform and your working tools with care and respect

Actively contributing to departmental objectives

Dealing with Business Centre questions and queries, seeking Manager’s support when necessary

Carry out spot checks on all floats and tills every period

Ensure till discrepancies are investigated

Meeting Company standard on personal appearance and hygiene

Being polite and courteous at all times

Ensuring all payment types are balanced at the end of the day

Checking Epos posting against Opera end of day transaction reports to ensure all charges are posted correctly and all revenue captured

Ensuring all daily reports are accurately completed with correct statistics

Eproductive/Daily revenue report/Food Flash

Ensure all Leisure club finance procedures are carried out in a timely basis

Ensure all revenue is captured and any adjustments are backed up and explained

Ensure banking reports are completed on a daily basis and submitted to Castle House

Ensuring HR tasks are carried out in a timely fashion.

Credit Control and Purchase Ledger

Completing daily financial audit to trial balance.
