Team Member - Atmosphere Trampoline Park Basingstoke

Active Nation is a registered charity driven by its mission to persuade the nation to be active and has recently purchased a trampoline park on Daneshill Industrial Estate in Basingtoke.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team at Atmosphere Trampoline Park. We are looking to build a team who are proactive, responsible and enthusiastic!

THIS ROLE INVOLVES:

The role of a Team Member will be multi-functional. You will be trained to work in all areas of the business: Trampoline Arena, Reception, Café and Parties.

Responsibilities of Trampoline Court Marshall:

To ensure that customers are fully briefed and understand the park rules for their safety. Implement park regulations to ensure the safety of all jumpers and to eject persistent none compliant jumpers.

Responsibilities of Receptionist:

To welcome customers to the site and ensure that they are booked in and that waivers have been completed for all jumpers.

To guide customers through the pre-jump process and answer any customer queries.

To ensure that the right coloured wristband is issued to jumpers and to hand out jump socks.

To answer any emails and telephone calls.

Responsibilities of Café Team:

To welcome customers to the café and serve hot and cold drinks as well as preparing cold food and snacks. Clearing tables and washing up as necessary. Replenish shelves with snacks and drinks and stock control when necessary

Responsibilities of Party Host:

To meet and greet parties, book them and see them on to court, then after the jump session host their party in the party room!
