About the site

Doghouse is looking for a strong AM to work hand in hand with the Pub Leadership Team to drive business focusing on sales, compliance, improving service and running key shifts. Previous experience is required for this role as we want someone who is looking to becoming a GM in the future. The key duties of the role includes stock take, stock ordering, front of house rota preparation, take control of service and make sure customer satisfaction is guaranteed, dealing with guest complaints and communicating with the GM on sales measures to improve trade, creating functions and events in the pub to boost trade and standing in for the GM in his/her absence. Potential candidate must be computer literate with a minimum of 1year experience in a similar role.This role equally comes with great perks, you get to work with a fantastic team who have passion for what they do, 50% off meals whilst on shift, 33% discount across every Greene King business, bonus schemes based on sales targets and guests measures.
