Senior Analyst, Hotel Operations Performance Delivery - Shore Based - Southampton

You'll make sure that targets, budgets and forecasts, for our hotel balance business scorecard measures and incentive schemes are ‘smart’, and that colleague on board feel accountable for delivering stretching performance and results that they have helped shape. 

By collecting and interpreting key business information you’ll recommend actions we need to take to continually build on our success, and help us prioritise them too. Making sure that we have a hotel action plan, that we know when we are or aren’t on track, and that we deliver it.

You’ll make sure we make use of all of the business insight and information available to make fact based conclusions. Coordinating and collecting evidence, creating reports, business cases and presentations that are informative, fun and easy to understand, you’ll influence others across the business to focus on, and stick to, the important stuff.

 

Face to face assessments will take place in Southampton on 1 October.
