Manager, Hotel Operations Response and Recovery - Shore Based - Southampton

The role of the Hotel Operations Response & Recovery Manager is to set us up to maintain a great guest experience, throughout our air and on board operations, even when things don’t go as planned. So no matter what happens, we continue to deliver unforgettable holiday happiness and become Britain’s number one holiday choice.

Leading our air operations team you’ll make sure that the experience of guests using our charter flight programme is seamless. You’ll be responsible for the administration and tracking of all air operations, working with stakeholders across the air planning team, our partner airlines, airports and on board flight teams to make sure that our air operation is well executed at every touch point, right around the world.

You’ll make sure we provide responsive support, advice and answers to hotel guest experience leadership teams on board when they need us. Establishing service level agreements with departments across the business, you’ll build a trusted team are the primary go-to people for the on board management teams, who can then reach out to others.

As the custodian of our hotel resilience policies, procedures and standards you will make sure we’re well placed to deal with unplanned incidents, problems, events and changes when they occur. Supporting colleagues on board, the Fleet Operations Centre, Deployment Planning team, and our Crisis Management team to make the right decisions to minimise any impact to our guests.

Face to face assessments will take place in Southampton on 3 October
