Handling guest information following the booking process to ensure a smooth pre cruise expereince. In this position you will undertake the following:

• Process and respond to the guest's questionaires following an accessible/ mobility booking (received by email/ telephone/ postal)
• Process requests for equiptment to be in place for their cruise
• Deliver a positive guest journey throughout.
• Support the wider Guest Services team with customer services enquiries.

For this role you will preferably have:

• Previous experience of working in a customer service team/ environment
• Experience of handling customer communications
• Good/ clear communication style across written, email and verbal methods.

For this position, you'll need to show real passion and commitment for delivering great customer service to enhance brand reputation.
