Purchasing Assistant / Administrator

 Overall Objective:

To assist in the process of procurement and purchasing for tor the group

 

Areas of Responsibility:

 

The post is fully responsible to the Group Purchasing Manager and includes the following duties.

  • Monitor purchasing requests from hotels for a variety of requirements.
  • Research products and suppliers and source goods and services.
  • Negotiate prices and terms.

 

  • Liaise with hotels concerning precise requirements and logistics.
  • Compile purchase orders.
  • Confirm deliveries, check and process invoices for payment.
  • Additional duties as required.

 Employee Profile:

The post requires a focused and well organised individual with good communication skills and attention to detail.
