Coffee Shop Manager - Newmarket Leisure Centre

Working in partnership with Paddy and Scott’s

Full time (37 hours per week) | £18,000 - £19,760 per annum

We are looking for a passionate Manager to join us and lead our Newmarket Coffee shop team. To make the store a great place for customers and for employees alike, we need to recruit a Coffee Shop Manager with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and, of course, a passion for coffee!

Our managers are responsible for recruiting, training and motivating the team members. They are fully accountable for their shop performances which include, scheduling, gross profit, food hygiene and health and safety. We’re looking for a ‘hands-on’ manager who is passionate about customer service and capable of implementing and maintaining brand standards and who is experienced in business development.

The ideal candidate will have assistant manager/supervisor experience and is looking for the next step. We will provide excellent training for all new recruits. We hire for attitude and train for skill!
