An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Pontins. The Machine Control Administrator role is a key position within the arcade and gaming team, based in our Southport Head Office. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of gaming machine collections, current gaming legislation, be professional, driven, diligent and analytical. This role may require some travel throughout the UK.

As the Machine Control Administrator, you will be responsible for;

  • Recording and analysing collection data and produce weekly/monthly/annual report to support findings
  • Managing the maintenance of machines with our 3rd party service supplier and reducing time of “out of order” machines
  • Optimising machine operation by identifying and rectifying issues identified from collection results
  • Developing strategic plans for rotation and siting of machines throughout the group of Parks and Hotels, from analysis of machine performance
  • Supporting and liaising with sites to maximise performance and revenue
  • Investigating any machine operational complaints and data collection
  • Support the Group Gaming Manager with day to day running of the department

We are looking for a candidate that is excited by the idea of working on a diverse and ever-changing set of projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be highly organised and self-motivated while keen to learn. Experience of working within the gaming machine industry would be a distinct advantage.
