Accountable To:       Operations Manager, General Manager, Marketing Director

Location:                    FlipOut Basingstoke

Purpose(s) of Job:    We are looking for a high energy, highly motivated individual to join our Sales Team in what will be a fast paced, exciting and rewarding position within our state-of-the-art Action and Adventure Trampoline Park, Flip Out London Basingstoke! Here at Flip Out, customer interaction and customer safety are our top priorities, as a part of our Sales Team your focus will be the customer interaction part!

Principal Tasks:

• Generating birthday party leads through in-reach and outreach.
• Booking birthday parties, groups and corporate clients and upselling additional products.
• Answering customer enquiries on email, social media and telephone.
• Sending invoices to potential customers and taking payments.
• Advertising Flip Out’s promotional offers to local community.

• Meeting and exceeding the quality standards set for the department to optimize customer satisfaction.
• To receive incoming calls in a prompt manner to take bookings for birthday parties, groups, events and corporate activities
• Processing payments online and via the credit card machines over the phone for bookings, ensure the correct amount is taken.
• Communicating with the management team on total calls made and income generated for the day in the Telesales department.
• Passionate about interacting with our customers and delivering an amazing experience every time!
• Ability to communicate effectively within our team and with our customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment – on your own and as part of our team
• Flexible in your availability; able to work evenings and weekends is a must.
• Ensuring good product knowledge to support our customers with queries both in person, online and via telephone.
• Utilise your knowledge of our products and our customers to suggestive sell to them.
