The Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club boasts excellent conferencing facilities. Our 12 conference rooms can accommodate up to 500 delegates that cater from a range of events from Business Meetings to Wedding Receptions.

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor who wants to move forward in their career. You will be required to administrate the highest standards of food and beverage services to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of department staff and you will ensure all control procedures are implemented effectively.

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a 100+ bedroom hotel. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff and guests.
