Salary

£16,900 per annum.

Shift Pattern and Contracted Hours

Full Time:
35 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days between the hours of 07:30 - 18:30 including weekends Part Time:
17.5 hours per week, including weekend working, working pattern is negotiable.

Job Description

  • Acting as 1st point of contact for customer queries
  • Maintaining and monitoring the Customer Care system
  • Responding to customer queries, including complaints, in an appropriate manner both verbally and in writing, including composing suitable responses to resolve issues
  • Providing detailed reports on the Customer Complaint activity
  • Carrying out other general administration tasks as required
  • Escalating trend information appropriately

Skills

  • Previous experience of complaints resolution
  • Previous experience of working with a Team
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Professional and polite telephone manner
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate – with good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure, and to manage deadlines effectively
  • Capable of delivering a creative solution to problem solving
