Regional Hotel Financial Manager



The Regional Finance Manager role is responsible for a portfolio of Hotels with the role based in Oxfordshire.



As the Regional Finance Manager, you will provide strategic analysis and insight into the Hotel's business performance. Reporting to the Regional Financial Director, you will take responsibility for developing the analysis, understanding drivers of actual results compared to forecast and budget, and leveraging those analyses into deliverable guidance / recommendations to Regional Director and the Board. Extensive Hotel Financial Management is essential.

Responsibilities:



* Manage and lead 3 Hotel Financial Managers





* Preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements





* Lead strategic analysis and planning





* Board presentations





* Forecasting





* Managing the financial systems





* Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments





* Provide the business unit with sound financial analysis and guidance in order to enhance profitability
