Web / Online Merchandising Assistant - eCommerce

About the role:

Online Grocery is part of one of the fastest growing areas of the business, with its Online Development, Activity, and Merchandising Team consisting of 52 passionate, like minded individuals, working together to maximise online sales and conversion.

As part of the Online Merchandising Team, this role will ensure delivery against an aligned category strategy, working collaboratively with trading teams and suppliers to improve the online proposition for our customers, driving successful range change implementation, improve customer satisfaction, sales and conversion.

The Ins and Outs:
Reporting into the Web Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of new ranges and maintenance of the existing range onlineWorking collaboratively with the web merchandiser to implement promotional activity in line with store changesWorking collaboratively with the web merchandiser to implement search and navigation changes Supporting the team with product queries from the wider teamsDay to Day analysis and reporting support within your category
What you’ll need;


Ideally, you will possess experience within a customer focused role in store or eCommerce/online retailing and/or hold a degree in Retail, eCommerce/Online or analytically focused subject. You will possess:
