Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work with Talent Management and HR Business Partners to understand our internal talent landscape. Identifying and anticipating critical gaps, you’ll support with external succession planning and provide external market insight and bench strength.

As the go-to sourcing specialist you will find and confidently engage candidates from a variety of industries and backgrounds, making solid recommendations to senior stakeholders. You will proactively drive talent pipelines and diverse talent slates, ensuring we have the right talent, right place, right time.

You are credible, internally and externally, influencing and advising as appropriate, challenging the status quo

You are self-motivated with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, retail is fast paced and you will have to prioritise and communicate effectively
