General Manager - Ringwood
General Manager - Boston Tea Party
Working here at Ringwood you can be at the heart of the community. Being part of our tight knit team that are on first name terms with so many of our regulars makes us a real neighbourhood cafe. We love our team to be hands on and get involved in so much that goes on locally.
We're looking for a General Manager to join our team in Ringwood.
Our people work at BTP because they share our values of empathy, fairness, curiosity, determination, resourcefulness, positivity & humour.
At BTP we are all about making things better & so are you. Our General Managers manage a successful & growing business that delivers fantastic food, an amazing customer experience, brings the numbers in & is always safe, secure & legal. You’ll do this through your people, by hiring on shared values & then engaging, developing & empowering your team to ensure that BTP brand standards & high product quality are met & delivered every time.
We’re not just looking for any old manager, but people who want to run their own business – whether a Boston Tea Party or their own café. If you want to progress your career within hospitality and to work for a company that values managers who want to put their own stamp on things and get involved in their local community, as well as driving a really successful business that serves some of the best food and drink in the country (in our opinion!), then you are the type of person we’re looking for.
Our cafes are brilliant places to be in. We deliver phenomenal coffee and teas and incredible ethically sourced food, but what really makes us ‘us’, is our people.
We want you to feel valued and we provide great training, so you’ll be learning constantly and if you want to progress you’ll know how.
This is a great opportunity to get stuck in and learn loads of skills with a company that never tires of trying to improve how we do things for our teams, customers and the communities which we are part of.
