We help kids develop the skills to cope with new challenges, socialise with others, and improve coordination skills by providing a high standard of coaching, a wide range of classes, and a state of the art environment that is fun for all levels and abilities.

Gymfinity Kids are opening a site in Milton Keynes! We are now seeking an Assistant Manager to help set-up and lead in the introduction of our new club.

 

As the Assistant Manager you will work closely with the Club Manager to ensure the day to day operation and running of the club meets expectation. You will support with managing the coaching team, providing team guidance, mentoring and direction, ensuring there is adequate class cover and the team have the correct qualifications.

 

As a leading role in the club’s set-up, you will support the Club manager in producing and delivering a sales and marketing plan to promote and build the clubs membership, awareness and brand in the area.

 

Customer experience is very important to us, as the Assistant Manager you will play a crucial role in helping shape this, liaising with parents, members, managing reception and ensuring class delivery and club cleanliness is of the highest standard.

 

Responsibilities of the role will include: opening and closing, cashing up, club promotion, supporting with Health and safety checks, stock ordering, staff rotas, participating and leading team meetings and coach reviews.

 

Previous management experience is required. Experience within gymnastics or parkour is advantageous, however full training will be provided.

 

We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated with the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will need exceptional organisation, flexibility and leadership skills and be able to work as part of team.

 

This is a full time role, however part time hours may be considered. Evening and weekend work will be required as part of a regular shift pattern.
