GK are opening a site in Cambridge and are now seeking an experienced coach who is ready to step up into a lead role, mentoring coaches and developing the GK brand.
As the Lead Coach you will work closely with the management team on class delivery, coach development and ensure the customer experience is outstanding. You will lead on the floor, supporting the coaching team, providing team guidance, mentoring and direction, ensuring coaches are delivering progressive, fun and engaging lessons.
You will be leading by example, taking responsibility for your own groups, whilst demonstrating great coaching skills. You will support the team with all areas of daily operations, managing reception, promotional activity, member creation and retention and ensuring the customer experience is of the highest standard.
Previous gymnastics or parkour experience / coaching is required in this role to enable you lead by example. This is a great opportunity for a coach that is ready to take on more responsibility with the potential to progress.
We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated with the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will need exceptional organisation, flexibility and leadership skills and be able to work as part of team.
This is a full time role, however part time hours may be considered. Evening and weekend work will be required as part of a regular shift pattern.
