Luggage Porter - our expectation

  • To collect and deliver guest luggage to and from the room within the standard time laid down.
  • To be aware of record and receipt procedures with regards to storing guest luggage and to follow these procedures at all times when storing luggage.
  • To be aware of all hotel facilities and services at all times and to give information on the same in accordance with the hotel policy.
  • Be attentive in the Lobby at all times and assist in directing guests to the areas of the hotel.
  • To deliver and collect messages, letters, faxes, packages etc. to guests and other departments and to be aware and to follow the procedures for records and receipts for the same where appropriate.
