Events Coordinator - East Grinstead Sports Club
39 hours/week | £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
The Post in Context
We have taken positive steps in driving East Grinstead Sports Club forward. It is essential for us to continue to explore new opportunities for investment, partnership and growth to inspire active lifestyles and develop new products within our communities. In this role you will be critical in delivering outstanding events for club members as well as the local and wider community.
Purpose of the Post
- Creating an event strategy for the club including identifying areas of focus and growth
- Collating and reporting on the P and L of every event as well as conversion from enquiry to delivery
- Ensuring the planning and execution of safe, compliant, profitable and well managed events
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with clubs, members, vendors and relevant venues
- To design, plan and deliver appropriate children’s parties and establish the club as a party destination
