We are looking for dynamic and motivated Venue Business Development Managers to drive the proactive sales effort.

etc.venues is an expanding collection of non-residential city centre venues for training, meetings, conferences and events.

• Understanding of the dynamics of a service business and the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of the industry
• Experience selling large, innovative space for conferences and events to corporate clients
• Personality and confidence to put forward ideas

Main areas of focus:

Selling – A proven proactive seller, you will lead and co-ordinate outbound venue sales activities, widening and deepening our client base and developing creative ways to sell and market the venue and company to prospective customers.

Account management – You will be able to prioritise, grow and maintain key accounts, develop account relationships and spot opportunities for accounts that can deliver sales to the venue and company.

Collaboration - The successful candidate will work closely with our sister venues to maximise sales as well as building strong relationships with the central business development team.
