Key Responsibilities

Generic

Responsible for delivery of day to day operational standards within different areas of the Fulfilment Centre

leads the safe & legal/ethics policy by example

Coaches section leaders & colleagues for improved performance

Responsible for store KRA's to target including following up & taking action on all under performing areas

Overall responsibility for the running of the store through the night.

Specifics:

Accountable for implemention of the activity plan across replenishment and picking

Accountable for leading the team to deliver the process One Best Way across all areas of accountability

leads & follows up any actions required to deliver shrink & waste targets

Accountable for the follow up & taking action on all areas relating to company process, replen & picking

Accountable for all colleagues following Challange 20 & food safety guidelines
